Model text
I believe working from home can be a good option for many people. One reason is that employees do not need to spend time travelling to work, so they can use that time for family, exercise, or rest. For example, it can make it easier to concentrate on tasks that require quiet. However, working from home is not perfect for everyone because some people feel isolated or find it difficult to separate work from personal life. Team communication can also become harder when colleagues rarely meet in person. In my opinion, a flexible system is best: people should be able to work from home when it suits their job, while still having opportunities to work with colleagues face to face.
