These Terms of Use govern general access to Evo-English, including public pages, learning content, vocabulary tools, translation features, AI support, and ordinary website use.

2) Acceptance Of These Terms

By accessing or using Evo-English, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

If you create an account, use teacher/student dashboards, assignments, feedback, live lessons, or other account-based platform features, the separate Terms of Service may also apply.

3) Eligibility And Age Rules

Evo-English is intended for adult learners, English teachers, tutors, schools, and learners aged 16 or older.

  • Users under 16 should use Evo-English only with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, teacher, school, or other authorized educational organization.
  • Children under 13 may not create their own accounts or provide personal information directly to Evo-English.
  • Teacher accounts are intended for users aged 18 or older.
If your local law requires a higher age or additional consent, you must follow those rules.

4) Educational Content

Evo-English provides educational content, including grammar lessons, reading materials, listening/audio dialogues, vocabulary practice, adapted learning materials, AI-assisted examples, and interactive learning tools.

  • Lessons are written by me, Gegam Bedzhanian, with AI assistance used in some parts of drafting, editing, or example creation.
  • Some adapted reading materials may include AI-generated short retellings, summaries, and level-adapted learning materials based on well-known books or general educational topics.
  • Some audio dialogues may be created from AI-generated text and converted into audio using commercial text-to-speech tools, including ElevenLabs.
Evo-English does not intentionally publish copyrighted third-party content without permission. If you believe any content violates your rights, contact me at evoenglish@outlook.com.

5) Intellectual Property

Website design, learning materials, lessons, interface elements, software, text, images, and related assets are owned by me, Evo-English, or used with permission, except for user content or third-party materials.

  • You may use Evo-English content for personal learning and ordinary educational use through the website.
  • You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly publish, scrape, mass-download, or create competing datasets from Evo-English content without permission.
  • You may not remove copyright, attribution, or rights notices from site materials.

6) AI, Translation, And Learning Tools

Evo-English may include AI support, automatic translation, text-to-speech, generated examples, vocabulary tools, explanations, and similar learning features.

AI outputs, translations, summaries, examples, and generated audio may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific context. Use them as learning support.
  • You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and translations.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal information into AI, translation, or support features unless necessary.
  • I may apply technical limits, moderation, or abuse-prevention measures.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Evo-English for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading purposes
  • upload, submit, or share illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, or unnecessary sensitive content
  • attempt to hack, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt Evo-English
  • circumvent technical limits, access controls, security measures, or account protections
  • upload malware, spam, or automated abuse
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with Evo-English

I may limit, suspend, or block access if I reasonably believe your use is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or violates these Terms.

8) Third-Party Services

Evo-English may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, translation, AI support, text-to-speech, live lessons, storage, and content delivery.

  • Examples may include Webflow, Supabase, Google, Meta, OpenAI or similar AI providers, ElevenLabs or similar text-to-speech providers, LiveKit or similar live lesson providers, GitHub, jsDelivr, and CDN services.
  • Your use of specific features may also be subject to the providers' own terms and policies.

9) Privacy And Analytics

Evo-English may process account data, learning data, technical data, cookies, local storage, and analytics events to provide, secure, and improve the website.

10) Availability And Changes

  • I may update, modify, add, or remove website features over time.
  • I do not guarantee that Evo-English will always be available, uninterrupted, or without errors.
  • You may stop using Evo-English at any time.

11) Disclaimers And Liability

Evo-English is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. I do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, uninterrupted access, or content without errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or learning opportunities arising from your use of the website.

12) Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you have consumer, student, data protection, or other mandatory rights in your country that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
