In this lesson, you will learn how to describe your usual week, say what you do on different days, use frequency expressions, add free-time activities, and show how your weekends are different from your weekdays.

My week is usually quite busy. From Monday to Friday, I work from nine to five and study English on Tuesday evenings. I often cook dinner at home, but on Wednesday I meet a friend after work. I usually go to the gym twice a week. At weekends, I sleep later, visit my family, and sometimes go for a long walk. Sunday evening is my time to relax.
