Model text
I recently watched The Martian, a science-fiction film about an astronaut who becomes trapped alone on Mars. The story follows his attempts to survive while people on Earth try to bring him home. I enjoyed the film because it combines serious problems with humour, so it never feels too heavy. The main character is clever and likeable, and the space scenes look impressive. I also liked the way the story shows teamwork between people in different countries. Some scientific explanations are quite detailed, but they make the story feel believable. The film is quite long, although I rarely felt bored. I would recommend The Martian to people who enjoy adventure, science, and stories about solving difficult problems.
