A place that matters to me is a park near my childhood apartment. It is not famous, and there are no impressive monuments, but I still feel comfortable there. Tall trees surround a narrow path, and in spring the air smells of fresh grass and flowers. When I was younger, I often went there after school with my brother. We played football, bought ice cream, and talked about our plans. I still visit the park whenever I return to the neighbourhood. Although it has changed slightly, it reminds me of a simpler period of my life. For me, the park is important because it connects ordinary memories with people I care about, so it always feels familiar and peaceful.
