Anna

SCRIPT 1

Hi, I’m Anna. Last month I went to my friend’s birthday party in a small café. It was my first time going to a party with people I didn’t know well, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning. But everyone was friendly. We played a simple game with questions, and it helped me talk to new people. The music was loud, but it was fun. I danced for a while, then I sat and chatted with two girls about work and travel. The food was great—there were sandwiches, cake, and fruit. I didn’t stay very late because I had work the next morning, but I really enjoyed it. Next time, I want to stay longer and dance more.

SCRIPT 2

Hello, I’m David. I don’t go to parties every week, but I had a really good experience recently. My colleague invited me to a house party on Saturday night. When I arrived, there were already many people, and they were laughing and talking in the kitchen. I brought a small dessert, so it was easy to start a conversation. We listened to music, played cards, and took funny photos. Later, we went outside for a few minutes because the house was hot and noisy. I liked that the party was relaxed—no pressure, just people enjoying the evening. I left around midnight, and I felt happy and more connected to my coworkers after that.

Maria

SCRIPT 3

Hi, I’m Maria. My favorite party experience was a summer party in the park. It was a warm evening, and we met near a lake with blankets and snacks. Some friends brought speakers, and we made a playlist together. We didn’t dance a lot, but we sang, joked, and played volleyball. I also met a few new people, because friends invited their classmates and neighbors. At one point, it started to rain a little, so we moved under a big tree and shared umbrellas. It actually made the moment more memorable. We stayed until it got dark, then we cleaned the area and went home. It was simple, but it felt special.
