David says that in the last few months his life has changed in several ways.

Before, after work he used to relax on the sofa, but now he studies in the evenings.

He started an online course to learn computer skills because he wants to change his job in the future.

At first it was hard: he felt tired and sometimes wanted to stop.

He decided to study one hour a day, five days a week.

Now studying feels more normal, and he is making progress.

He also changed his weekends: before he stayed home and watched movies, but now he tries to go out more.

Now he meets friends for coffee, and sometimes they play football in the park for fun.

Another change is his health: before he often ate fast food, but now he cooks at home and drinks more water.

He says these small changes give him more energy, he sleeps better, and he is happy he started.

Anna — Life changes
Female

Hi, I’m Anna. Recently, my life has changed a lot. About three months ago, I moved to a new apartment. Before that, I lived with my sister, and we shared everything. Now I live alone, and I have my own routine. At first, I felt a little nervous, because the apartment was quiet at night. But now I enjoy it. I can choose my music, my food, and my schedule.

Another big change is my job. I started working at a small travel company. My old job was simple and calm, but this new job is much busier. I answer emails, speak to customers, and help people plan trips. In the beginning, I made many small mistakes, and I felt embarrassed. But my manager is kind, and my colleagues help me. I’m learning every day.

I also changed my habits. I cook more often now, and I try to eat healthier food. I even started going for short walks after dinner. These changes are not always easy, but I feel more independent and more confident. I think this new chapter is good for me.

Hello, I’m David. In the last few months, my life has changed in several ways. The biggest change is my daily routine. I used to come home after work and just relax on the sofa. But now I study in the evenings. I started an online course to learn computer skills, because I want to change my job in the future. At first, it was hard. I felt tired, and sometimes I wanted to stop. But I decided to study for one hour a day, five days a week. Now it feels more normal, and I’m making progress.

I also changed the way I spend my weekends. Before, I stayed at home and watched movies. Now I try to go out more. I meet my friends for coffee, and sometimes we play football in the park. It’s not serious sport, but it’s fun and it helps me feel better.

Another change is my health. I used to eat fast food often. Now I cook at home more. I make simple meals like rice, chicken, and salad. I also drink more water. These changes are small, but I feel more energy, and I sleep better. I’m happy that I started.

Maria — Life changes
Female

Hi, I’m Maria. My life has changed recently, and I’m still getting used to it. One change is my family situation. My cousin moved to my city this year. Before, we only talked online, but now we see each other in real life. We meet after work, we drink tea, and we go for walks. It makes me feel calmer, because I don’t feel alone.

Another big change is my new habits. Three weeks ago, I joined a gym. I didn’t exercise much before, and I felt tired very easily. Now I go to the gym twice a week. I do simple workouts, and sometimes I take a short class. In the beginning, I was shy, because I didn’t know what to do. But the trainer is friendly, and I feel more confident now. I already feel stronger.

I also changed my home routine. I started planning my week on Sunday evening. I write a small list: work tasks, shopping, and gym days. It helps me feel organised. Life changes can be stressful, but they can also bring new energy. I think these changes are helping me build a better future.
