Nice to meet you, Daniel. Are you comfortable?
Yes, I am. Thank you.
Great. So, why are you here today?
I’m here for the customer service job. I saw your advertisement online, and I want to work here because I like helping people.
Good. Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Sure. I’m 27 years old, and I live near the city center. I’m friendly and calm, and I work well with people. I speak English and a little Russian.
Nice. Do you have work experience?
Yes. I worked in a small hotel for one year. I answered calls, helped guests, and solved small problems. I also worked in a café on weekends.
What did you like about that hotel job?
I liked talking to guests and making them feel comfortable. When someone was angry, I stayed polite and tried to find a solution.
Good. What are your strengths?
I’m patient, responsible, and I learn fast. I can work under pressure, and I’m good at organizing my time.
And what is one thing you want to improve?
Sometimes I worry too much about small details. Now I try to focus on the most important tasks first.
That’s honest. Can you work shifts, including weekends?
Yes, I can. I’m flexible.
Good. This job includes answering emails, chatting with customers, and writing short reports. Are you okay with that?
Yes, I am. I can type fast, and I use a computer every day.
Great. Do you have any questions for me?
Yes. What time does a normal shift start and finish? And is there training?
A normal shift is from 9 to 6, but we also have evening shifts. Yes, we give training for the first two weeks.
That sounds good. Thank you.
Thank you, Daniel. We will contact you soon. Have a nice day.
Thank you. Goodbye.
